PRICING

First, we begin with our free, no obligation "over the telephone" estimate. We'll start by determining how many rooms you have in your home . . . and yes, a bathroom is a room! Next, we'll give you a price based on the number of rooms you have. Of course, the price is based on your home being in average condition, and the rooms being of average size.

So, what if you've been really busy and your house is not quite up to the standards you would normally keep it? No problem, our "in-home" estimate will allow us to better understand your cleaning needs. Don't expect us to automatically double the price for a first time cleaning like a lot of other services, we'll charge extra only for the areas that require extra cleaning.

For the first six (6) rooms cleaned on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis, the cost would be approximately $64.95. Each additional room will cost $6.95.

Prices are based on the rooms being in average condition and of average size. First time cleanings will often require additional time and extra charges may apply.

MOVING IN OR MOVING OUT

$195 for the first eight (8) rooms
$9.95 for each additional room
